Spring Cleaning - Balaram Stack
When I first landed in Australia Balaram told me that he got dropped by Quiksliver. It was so shocking, but all it did was make him surf even better! He was determined to get the best footage possible. Ladies and gentlemen I think its safe to say he did just that!

Coming from an industry-deprived area such as Folly Beach SC, I feel truly blessed to be at the position I am traveling the world with a group of professional athletes. In February (2012) my brother and I embarked on a journey to Australia having no plans except for surfing and filming no one in particular. That led myself to filming with Michael Dunphy and Michael Powell. Having no clue for the next 10 months that would send me around the world. Traveling to places such as Nicaragua, Costa Rica, El Salvador, East Coast of the USA, and Bali. I would especially like to thank Evan Thompson, Michael Dunphy, Michael Powell for their continuing support and all the others I had the privilege of pointing my camera at. It’s been such a great journey and only one to keep growing as I leave for Australia once again in February. Enjoy

Hawaii
You see pictures and video of Hawaii your whole life,You have high expectations but your frightened and excited at the same time! I had to see what it was all about. There were days when it was big and you wondered if your really cut out for this, and there were moments when you knew this why I surf. Its a beautiful place and if you get the right conditions its all worth it. Here are a few pictures from my experience. Thanks for taking a look.

Hurricane Leslie, unlike some, did not leave thousands in despair. She didn't expose FEMA of its wavering decrees. Hell, she didn't even throw Jim Cantore into a state of titillation. One thing she did do, however, was evoke the leisurely inclinations of the Atlantic coast surfing masses. Of these masses, were Michael and Ben Powell. These cronies camped on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for the weeks worth of surf thanks to Leslie's bovine nature.

Evan Thompson // Nicaragua
Something I am truly passionate about is Water Cinematography. Its such a complicated technique but so fun and frightening at the same time.
